Our Disciplinary Policy.

  • Blanket Rules

If any attendee has active legal proceedings relating to the violation of consent, domestic abuse, or the like, they are not welcome at Reunion until the proceedings have been finalised/resolved.

A formal complaint must come directly from the alleged victim. Second-hand reports are hearsay and require confirmation from those who were directly involved in the offence.

Incident reports must be made at the time of, or just after, Management Response is executed. These reports will be kept on file privately by Management.

  • Offences That Took Place At Reunion

If a complaint about consent violation by a guest (the alleged offender) is made by another guest (the alleged victim), and the event happened at Reunion, then the alleged offender will be removed from the event and spoken to by the Dungeon Master and Senior Director.

After this conversation, the alleged victim will be queried further with the alleged offender, Senior Director, and Dungeon Master present.

These questions are purely to understand the context of both parties’ behaviour.

  • Questions may likely include:

Were there any other witnesses to this conflict?

What is your relationship to the alleged offender?

What were your interactions earlier in the evening like?

What was the context of the offence?

  • Amber Flag List

    If an attendee has:

    • been warned by staff regarding poor consent-seeking practices

    • been asked to leave an event due to an alleged consent violation

    • had a formal complaint made about them to management

    • a reputation for violating consent at other events

… their name will be added to our Amber Flag List. This is the attendee’s only warning, and they will be reminded on community values regarding consent and self-advocation. The attendee will be monitored closely at all future events.

  • Red Flag List

    If an attendee has:

    • violated another attendee’s consent, whilst their name is on the Amber Flag List

    • had a serious formal complaint made about them to management

    • a reputation for seriously violating consent at other events

… their name will be added to the Red Flag List. This entails a year to a life-long ban from all future Reunion events, depending on the severity of the offence.

  • Affirmative Consent

Our policy is that the burden of proof is on the accused to provide. This is an Affirmative Consent-based policy.

Reunion is an event that attracts plenty of attendees who are new to the Kink community. It is essential that we create a safe space for experimentation and play. Predatory behaviour is not tolerated.
